Who is Eligible for Yuva Sathi?
To apply for the ₹1,500 monthly allowance under the new Yuva scheme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
- Age Limit: Applicant must be between 21 and 40 years of age.
- Education: Must have passed Madhyamik (Class 10) or equivalent.

How to Apply Online & Offline
Method 1: Offline Camps (Recommended)
The government is organizing special camps in every Block and Municipality from Feb 15 to Feb 26, 2026.
- Download the form from the link above or collect it from the camp.
- Fill in your personal details (Name, Father's Name, Address, Qualification).
- Attach the required documents.
- Submit it at the counter and collect your Acknowledgement Receipt.
Method 2: Online Application
For the older Yuvashree scheme, registration is done via the Employment Bank:
